Top frequently asked questions

What happens if the number of chairs we require changes?

We understand that the amount of guests coming to your wedding or event may well change. Therefore at the time of booking we only ask for the approximate number of chairs you think you will need. We ask that you supply us with your final numbers ten days before your wedding/event date. Leaving your final numbers until this point means that you pay for the amount of chairs that you need rather than paying for chairs that aren’t required.

How much deposit do we pay?

For bookings under £500.00 we ask for a £50.00 deposit and for bookings over £500.00 we ask for a £100.00 deposit.

How do I get a quote?

There are several options for getting a quote.

  1. On each chair product page you will see an ‘Add to quote button’, simply select the amount of chairs you would like a quote for and then submit the quote via the ‘Your Quote’ page. We will then email you an itemised quote.
  2. Use our Contact Us page to provide us with the details of the chairs you would like a quote for.
  3. Email us – info@jollieschairhire.com (don’t forget to include your wedding/event date and venue)
  4. Give us a call on 07786328846
What areas do you cover?

We are based in Gloucestershire so a lot of the weddings and events that we supply chairs for are in Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties.

However our location, not far from junction 13 of the M5, gives us easy access to the motorway network which allows us to supply chairs for events much further afield and we regularly supply chairs for weddings and events in London, Birmingham and Wales to name a few.

When requesting a quote from us simply include your venue and we clearly show any delivery and collection charges on your quote.
