We work with many venues who want to be able to assist their couples by simply recommending us as a preferred supplier of chairs for their couples big day. If this would work for your venue then we would supply you with business cards with our contact details on so your couples can get in contact with us directly to discuss chair requirements for their big day. We are also happy to supply your venue with sample chairs that you can keep at your venue to show your couples so they can see in person the chairs available to them. This has proved really popular with venues and couples alike.
Building our chairs into your wedding packages.
With this option you are able to offer your couples the chairs that they want for their big day without having to buy, store and maintain numerous different styles of chair. Whats more as you hire the chairs directly from us it leaves your couples with one less thing to think about.
How it works – We would agree a trade price with you for the hire of any of our chairs that you are interested in. You then simply let us know how many of which chairs you require and when you need them and we deliver the chairs at the agreed date and time. At the end of the month we would invoice your venue for the chairs that have been hired.
The feedback we have received from wedding venues is that building our chairs into their wedding packages is a great way of being able to offer their couples the chairs that they want for their big day without having to buy, store and maintain many different styles of chair. Long Term Hire
For some venues it is beneficial for us to supply a certain style of chair for an agreed length of time, this may be for a full year, a couple of months or to cover the busy summer wedding season!
In this instance we would deliver the chairs to your venue at the start of the hire period, the chairs would then remain at your venue for the duration of the hire and we would then collect the chairs at the end of the hire period. This offers you the flexibility to use the chairs for any weddings during the hire period without having the upfront cost of buying chairs along with storing and maintaining the chairs on a long term basis.
